To qualify for this offer, you must operate a direct-to-consumer (DTC) website with annual online sales in the U.S. exceeding $5 million. We will start off with a 15 minute consultation in which we learn more about your product and share details on how to ship your product to our studio. Once we’ve captured your product in 360, we will present you with the file and a preview of your interactive video on your pdp page in a 30 minute demo. A member of your team must be present for all meetings to be eligible.
Additional Terms and Restrictions:
You must sell tangible products that are non-perishable and federally legal in all 50 states
The products must not fall within the categories of adult items. No fashion, no makeup, no cpg, no assembly
Products must be no larger than than 6’x6’x6’
Eko reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time prior to your acceptance
This offer is provided “as is”; and Eko (i) makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the quality, usability, or availability of the file; and (ii) shall not be liable for any delays, technical issues, or errors in the file
Shipping Costs:
The client is responsible for all shipping costs to the studio and from the Eko Studio. After the photo shoot is completed and the final visuals have been approved by the client, Eko will donate all products to local charities, unless otherwise specified. If you wish for the products to be returned, they must be sent to us with the appropriate return postage included.
