Cook Together With Top Chef’s Brooke Williamson
Ever wanted to be Top Chef, or at least pretend that you’re a contestant on Bravo’s hotly contested foodie competition?
If your answer is yes, keep reading…
Enter eko, the leader in choice-driven entertainment, who has created the first truly interactive cooking show and paired up with Top Chef Brooke Williamson, to bring three of her signature dishes into your kitchen. Brooke’s recipes are steeped with her Californian heritage…poke bowls…who says summer is over?...tangy lime tacos… so delicious and refreshing, and the ultimate comfort food, loaded potato skins, just in time for football season.
Walmart and eko have brought you one of the most inspired women in cooking today, from being the youngest female chef to ever cook at the James Beard House, and Top Chef winner in Bravo’s Season 10 Seattle showdown. In Brooke’s Cook Together episodes, Brooke teaches you how to make delicious, fresh, LA-influenced cuisine that hits your taste buds right year-round.
What’s amazing about Cook Together? It’s the first “real-time” cooking show. What does that mean? That means it waits FOR you while you cook (in other words, no de-greasing your screen, scrambling to hit pause, or hunting for your spot after you put out that teensy little kitchen fire).

What do we love about how Brooke Williamson got her start in the kitchen?
While today, Chef Brooke Williamson runs a hospitality empire along with her husband, Nick Roberts, including Hudson House in Redondo Beach, The Tripel, Playa Provisions, a fast-casual Hawaiian restaurant, Da Kikokiko, and the culinary retail boutique Tripli-Kit in Playa Del Rey, she began her career as a teacher’s assistant at the Epicurean Institute of Los Angeles, followed by a pastry assistant at Fenix. Brooke went on to become the youngest sous chef at the nationally acclaimed restaurant, Michael’s, of Santa Monica, before stints at Daniel in New York City and Zax in Brentwood where she honed her California-inspired cuisine.

In an industry, where 78.1% of chefs and head cooks are male, we can’t help but be motivated by an innovator such as Brooke, who not only continues to stretch herself and her cuisines through her growing restaurants. Brooke Williamson is one of the first chefs to take on a project like Cook Together which strives to change the format for learning how to cook by bringing Brooke directly into your kitchen. To that we say, seconds please!
