What is Eko?
Eko is the harness for the real world. We build a complete understanding of every product you sell and keep it in one up-to-date file per product. That file powers everything built on top of it: AI search, retailer listings, product content and the custom apps your teams run on. Every channel tells the same true story about your product.
What is an Eko file?
One file per product, with what you made, what it really is, what the world says about it, and what sold where. When the facts disagree, the file shows which one is wrong.
How does Eko learn about a product?
Three ways. We inspect and measure the real product. We follow every listing, review, video, search and AI answer about it. And we join up your company's own knowledge: specs, 3D models, bills of materials, photos, copy, brand guidelines and sales data, connected to the asset and product information systems you already use (DAM and PIM).
Do I have to send my products to Eko?
You choose. For the deepest capture, send your products to our capture facility, where our robots weigh, measure, scan and film each one. For a lighter, faster option, your team captures them with the Capture app.
Why measure the real product? AI can already read my product page.
Because the page is often wrong. A spec sheet, a product page and a retailer listing can each give a different weight for the same product. AI has to guess which one is right. Eko checks and validates every fact against the real thing.
