Selling a premium PC online is more than a transaction—it’s about bridging an experiential gap. Without the ability to physically inspect or experience these complex machines, customers are left navigating a sea of technical specs that fail to convey its value. Traditional ecommerce product pages tend to reduce meticulously engineered computers to static lists of features and numbers, missing the opportunity to build confidence.


The challenge was clear: create an engaging online experience that turns technical details into a compelling, trustworthy narrative, giving customers the confidence to invest in NZXT’s high-performance PCs without the need for in-store exploration.

Solution

After investing in 3D renders that failed to convey the unique appeal of their products, NZXT wanted a more engaging and impactful way to showcase their high-performance PCs. They collaborated with Eko to leverage the Smart Gallery, an innovative interactive shopping experience that brings technical products to life online.

The Smart Gallery offers two breakthrough features:


  • "Look Closer" Section: A detailed, interactive exploration of PC internals that highlights important design elements like easily removable side panels, cable management systems, state-of-the-art cooling configurations, and removable side panels.


  • "RGB Lighting" Section: An immersive visualization of lighting possibilities. Users can dynamically experience how different RGB configurations transform the PC's aesthetic in different lighting conditions.

Eko's modular video production allows NZXT to easily swap or remove videos, minimizing the need for frequent reshoots, while the quick 4-6 week production timeline means they can keep up with ever-changing PC configurations.

Results
