The decision-making process can be long and daunting, as parents carefully weigh safety, features, and value. Mockingbird recognized this challenge and partnered with Eko to cut through the noise. They wanted to stand out in a crowded market and make the stroller selection process easier and more engaging for parents, ultimately leading to more confident purchasing decisions.
Solution
Eko worked with Mockingbird to create interactive videos for their flagship products: the Single to Double Stroller 2.0 and the High Chair. Using our robotic studio, we produced a series of interactive videos that showcase the key features and benefits of Mockingbird’s products in a captivating way.

Whether it’s the ease of transitioning the stroller from single to double mode, or the easy clean-up features of the high chair, customers can see exactly how these products fit into their lives.
By integrating Eko's interactive videos, Mockingbird also gathered valuable insights into customer interactions with their product gallery, revealing the most effective CTAs and videos. For example, shoppers who viewed videos showcasing new features, like easier-to-adjust straps and an intuitive unfold mechanism, were three times more likely to purchase.
We’ve continued to test and optimize these interactive experiences, experimenting with menu designs, video lengths, and formats to make sure Mockingbird’s product galleries engage customers and drive meaningful results. The ongoing analysis and enhancements have helped them stay ahead of the curve and continue providing parents with the best tools for making informed, confident decisions.
